Carrollton Vision is the independent private optometry practice of Dr. Tony Phan, O.D. located in Carrollton, Texas. At Carrollton Vision, we are committed to providing excellent eye care to the Carrollton and North Dallas area.

We provide services for the screening and treatment of visual problems and eye diseases for adults and children 5 years and older. With our advanced technology we are able to detect eye problems caused by systemic conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure.

Dr. Phan is a Therapeutic Optometrist, which allows for the prescribing of eye drops for the treatment of various eye conditions. Being certified as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist, Dr. Phan is also able to diagnose and treat many forms of glaucoma.

We accept most major medical and vision insurance plans, including the Medicaid and Medicare programs. New patients are always welcome at our office.
